We want to pay you the highest possible price for your diabetic test strips, and selling your strips in excellent condition helps you get the best value.

The resale value of diabetic test strips can decrease when boxes are damaged. That is why we want your test strips to arrive safely and in the best possible condition. Our goal is to help you make the most money when selling your diabetic supplies.

We understand that small imperfections can happen. Minor defects or dents (dime size or smaller) on only one side of the box are still considered perfect condition.

Of course, sometimes boxes may get damaged. We do accept damaged boxes, but the payment will be adjusted based on the condition.

We accept mildly damaged diabetic test strip boxes at 80% of the quoted price and moderately damaged boxes at 50% of the quoted price. We carefully review every box and only make adjustments when necessary.

We value your business and always try to be fair with our pricing. Please remember that we cannot return any boxes, so make sure your boxes match the conditions explained below.

What is a perfect box of diabetic strips?

A perfect box is in store-shelf condition or has only one small defect (less than a dime size) on one side of the box. Refer to the pictures below for examples of perfect boxes.

What do we consider damaged boxes of test strips?

MILD DAMAGE (80% of Listed Price):
Small tears, scratches, dents, ink spots, or stains that are only on one side of the test strip box and smaller than a quarter. Boxes must be sealed and unexpired. Refer to the pictures below for examples of mild damage.

MODERATE DAMAGE (50% of Listed Price):
Tears, scratches, dents, ink spots, or stains that are larger than a quarter and/or appear on more than one side of the test strip box. Boxes must be sealed and unexpired. Refer to the pictures below for examples of moderate damage.

We cannot purchase opened or completely crushed boxes. These diabetic supplies may be donated instead.

How can damage to diabetic test strips be avoided?

It is simple — leave your labels attached and ship your strips in a strong box.

1.) Do not remove your labels from diabetic test strips
Leave all labels on your boxes. We safely remove labels and destroy any personal information.

2.) Ship your test strips in a sturdy box
Pack your strips securely and avoid using envelopes or bubble mailers.

Perfect Condition

The box is in excellent condition, and we can pay our highest price for these test strips. Leaving your labels attached is recommended. We have a process to safely remove labels while keeping boxes in great condition.

Good Condition, Mild Damage

The boxes above have mild damage. One box has a small dent, another has a small tear, and the third has some discoloration. The damage is around a quarter size and only on one side of the box.

We pay 80% of our listed price for these diabetic strips.
